**Job Role Overview**:
As a IT Field Sales Executive, you will directly meet and pitch to business owners, demonstrate the power of the Neo Website platform, and close deals that help them grow online. This is a **target-driven, high-reward** field sales opportunity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach SMEs, local service providers, and small retailers in your assigned area
- Explain the benefits of Neo Website in simple terms and conduct product demos
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales
- Maintain daily sales activity logs and reports
- Collaborate with the inside sales and marketing teams for lead follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (FMCG, BFSI, digital marketing, SaaS preferred)
- Good communication in Marathi + basic English/Hindi
- Tech-savvy and familiar with smartphones, websites, and online tools
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Must have a smartphone and two-wheeler.
**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
