Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Field Marketing Executive to join our team in Pune on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in field marketing, demonstrating strong skills in B2B marketing, partnership development, lead generation, territory management, and trade shows. This role requires dynamic and proactive engagement with potential clients to drive brand recognition and growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven field marketing experience of 1 to 3 years in a relevant industry, preferably within recruitment or consultancy services.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in B2B marketing strategies and execution.
  • Demonstrated success in partnership development and maintaining long-lasting business relationships.
  • Experienced in lead generation techniques and converting prospects into qualified business leads.
  • Efficient territory management skills, ensuring optimal coverage and market penetration.
  • Proficiency in organizing and managing trade shows, including preparation and follow-up activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging potential clients effectively.
  • Must possess field marketing skills (Mandatory skill) with the ability to demonstrate an innovative approach to market challenges.

  • Organize and participate in trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Track and report on marketing activities' progress, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
  • Support cross-functional teams and collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns to enhance market reach.
