Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Field Marketing Manager specializing in Sourcing Vendor. The individual will be responsible for managing and acquiring vendor partnerships, identifying new vendor opportunities, and achieving set sourcing objectives. Key responsibilities include evaluating vendor performance, building and maintaining strong vendor relationships, negotiating agreements, and ensuring vendor compliance with company policies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align vendor strategies with marketing and business goals is also essential.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Vendor Management and Sourcing, including the ability to identify, evaluate, and onboard potential vendors.
  • Proficiency in Negotiation and Relationship Management to build strong and lasting partnerships.
  • Strong Marketing and Market Research skills to identify opportunities and support vendor strategy development.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities to evaluate vendor performance and optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in community or property services, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
