Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Department: Sales
Location: Pune (with travel across Maharashtra & industrial clusters)
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and energetic Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, handle client meetings, deliver product demos, and close deals for a leading industrial manufacturing firm. This is a high-impact role that offers excellent growth in a technically dynamic and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through visits, networking, exhibitions, and cold calls

Conduct technical product presentations and proof-of-concept demonstrations

Work with internal teams to finalize product configurations based on client needs

Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and close orders

Maintain funnel stages and report forecasting, booking, and conversion ratios

Coordinate GeM-related requirements when applicable

Handle client relationship building, including account mapping and cross-referrals

Participate in roadshows, client events, and regional marketing campaigns

Submit daily visit reports, MOMs, and lost order analyses if applicable

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/Commerce

2–4 years of field sales experience, preferably in industrial/B2B sales

Good knowledge of industrial buying cycles and tendering practices

Must have own two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM usage, and digital communication

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

Strong technical comprehension and consultative selling approach
