About Job:

JBK is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive for selling our in-house billing software KhaataPro. KhaataPro is a smart and user-friendly billing & inventory management software designed for retailers, wholesalers, and small businesses. We aim to revolutionize business operations by offering seamless billing, stock tracking, GST compliance, and powerful analytics — all in one platform. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads and selling our in-house billing software to potential clients including retailers, wholesalers, and small-scale companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers, primarily in the retail and FMCG sector (Kiranas, small shops, wholesalers, etc.)
  • Conduct product demos and explain software features to potential clients
  • Maintain and nurture strong customer relationships to drive renewals and referrals
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Collect customer requirements and share feedback with the product team for improvements
  • Assist customers with onboarding and initial setup with support from the technical team
  • Maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and CRM records regularly.

Requirements:

  • 0 to 1 year of sales experience (software sales preferred, not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Good understanding of local retail market & business operations.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, knowledge of billing software, or POS will be a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work in the field and travel within assigned territory.

Other Requirements:

  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel locally as part of the Job.
  • Should be aware of the local language as well.
