Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Pune, India

Experience: 2-3 Years

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Automation: Build and manage workflows, drip sequences, and lead scoring models in Double Tick Software.
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs (CPC, CPL, CTR, ROI) via Google Analytics (GA4), Double Tick dashboards, and custom reports; deliver actionable insights.
- Content Planning & Coordination: Develop and maintain a content calendar; create blogs, infographics, videos, and newsletters.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design high impact lead magnets, segment audiences effectively, and execute nurture campaigns that convert MQLs to SQLs.
- Social Media & Paid Ads: Grow and engage audiences on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram; manage and optimize paid social budgets.
- Website & CRO: Collaborate with web/UX teams to implement landing page A/B tests, SEO enhancements, and conversion rate improvements.
- Cross Functional Alignment: Work closely with sales and project teams to ensure digital initiatives support overarching revenue and growth targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven digital marketing experience (B2B or industrial services preferred).
- Hands on proficiency with Double Tick Software (automation setup, campaign management, analytics).
- Strong command of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Demonstrable social media advertising skills (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Excellent English copywriting and communication abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into strategic recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
