**Sales Executive for Spices Manufacturer**

**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Executive for a spices manufacturer company, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell the company's range of spices to various customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and foodservice providers. You will play a crucial role in expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the spices industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales and Business Development:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company's sales targets and objectives.
Identify and target potential customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and foodservice providers.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to maximize sales opportunities.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase company's products and generate new leads.

**Product Promotion and Customer Support**:
Present and promote the company's spices product portfolio to potential customers.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the spices.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, such as brochures, samples, and presentations.

**Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting**:
Track sales activities, monitor progress against targets, and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and other sales-related reports as required.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

**Collaboration and Teamwork**:
Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely delivery of orders.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the product development team to facilitate continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the spices industry or FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
