Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area. - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends. - Manage and expand the dealer network to enhance distribution channel sales. - Engage in field sales activities, including customer visits and product demonstrations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. - Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
