**Job Title**: Assistant Manager - Brand Marketing (Beauty & Personal Care)
**Location**: Faridabad
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years
**Education**: Graduation (mandatory)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and execution of **brand marketing strategies** to drive awareness and growth for beauty and personal care products.
- Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to develop compelling **marketing campaigns** across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Monitor and analyze **market trends**, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform marketing efforts.
- Manage the **execution of promotional activities**, product launches, and branding initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and external partners for campaign execution.
- Support the **brand manager** in developing brand communication strategies and maintaining brand consistency.
- Track and report on **campaign performance**, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with the **overall brand vision** and company goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with **influencers**, beauty bloggers, and other external stakeholders.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in brand marketing, preferably in the **beauty and personal care** industry.
- A **Bachelor's degree** in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of **digital marketing** and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Strong **analytical skills** and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to **work in a fast-paced environment** and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
