**Position Overview**:
**Location**: Gurgaon, India

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead brand strategy development initiatives, including brand positioning, messaging, and identity development, to align with client objectives and target audience needs.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand strategy recommendations and creative direction.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and market opportunities, and develop tailored brand strategies that drive differentiation and market share growth.
- Develop comprehensive brand architecture frameworks, including brand hierarchies, portfolio strategies, and naming conventions, to optimize brand equity and consistency.
- Work collaboratively with creative teams to translate brand strategies into compelling visual and verbal brand expressions, including logos, taglines, visual identity systems, and brand guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics and KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing to innovate and evolve brand strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master's degree or MBA (preferred).
- Proven experience 3 years in brand strategy development, brand management, or related roles, preferably within a marketing agency or brand consultancy.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, including brand positioning, architecture, and identity development.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to drive strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional creativity and strategic thinking abilities, with a passion for developing innovative brand solutions that resonate with target audiences.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in brand strategy tools and methodologies, as well as project management software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Brandwatch, Nielsen, or any.).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
