**Job Description: Brand Planner, Gurgaon**

**Position Summary (why this position exists)**:
Create _culture first_ Startegy that move young customers.

Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth and engagement. You will work with our Brand team to create and implement strategic solutions for our clients, ensuring that creative ideas align with business objectives. The Brand team at Rasta interacts with clients to understand their needs and articulate their communication challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Research and Analysis**: Conducting market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- **Brand Strategy**:Developing a strategic brand positioning and messaging framework that aligns with the client's objectives.
- **Campaign Planning**:Collaborating with creative teams to ensure that campaign ideas and executions align with the brand strategy.
- **Client Liaison**: Working closely with clients to understand their needs, present strategic recommendations, and ensure their vision is met.
- **Performance Evaluation**:Analyzing campaign performance to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
- **Audience Insights**:Identifying and understanding target audiences to create more relevant and impactful marketing campaigns.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduate/PG in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed market research and analysis.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and client liaison skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams to align marketing strategies with creative executions.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Strong demonstrable understanding of digital and social media platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
