**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs)**:

- Logging & Discovery of social media creators.
- Reaching out to suitable creators, promoters and signing the contract with them.
- Planning monthly campaigns, communication & budget for Influencer marketing for the brand.
- Getting campaigns executed from the Influencers.
- Create reports to track brand growth, highlighting areas for improvement
- Market research to identify market gaps and have a better understanding of consumers
- Maintain healthy and professional relationships with Influencers.
- Cross functional coordination with different teams for implementation and operations

**Required Skills**:

- Relevant Experience in influencer discovery and onboarding processes.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficient negotiation skills to ensure favourable terms with influencers.
- Ability to manage PR and influencer relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets and Google Docs for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in campaign planning and budget management (soft skill).
- Familiarity with social media marketing metrics (good to have).
- Basic visual design and copywriting skills are advantageous.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
