**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for appointments and events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and accompany executives to local client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to facilitate business development activities.
- Conduct market research and assist in preparing business proposals or capability decks.
- Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

**Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a business operations role.
- Strong understanding of business functions such as recruitment, consulting, or client engagement.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to travel locally as needed, with reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
