**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with product development teams to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests in our CRM system.
- Provide product training and support to customers as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the relevant teams.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our product and industry to provide the best possible support to our customers.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of experience in a customer support role in a tech environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
