Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Engagement: Reach out to prospective leads shared by the CRM team.

2. Property Presentation: Present and showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.

3. Client Needs Assessment:Understand the needs and preferences of clients, providing personalized guidance and advice to match their requirements.

4. Inquiry Management: Handle inquiries from potential buyers and provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and available amenities.

5. Sales Process Management:Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for clients.

6. Database Maintenance: Maintain a strong database of leads, prospects, and existing clients, ensuring effective follow-up and nurturing of relationships.

7. Industry Representation: Attend industry events, exhibitions, and property expos to represent the company and promote our projects.

8. Sales Target Achievement:Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the company's overall sales objectives.

9. Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to provide informed insights to clients.

10. Reporting:Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 1 year (required)
