**Company Overview**

At ADEBA TRADING, the welfare of our associates comes first. We aim to be the leading distributor of HORECA products in South India. We’re looking for a cheerful, dynamic, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, ideate and develop new business opportunities for the company's products.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
- Conduct market research to assess trends and competitor activities.
- Generate leads through direct meetings, networking, and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and customized proposals.
- Monitor existing accounts for customer satisfaction and upselling opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with Operations team to address client needs and resolve issues promptly
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales processes.
- Maintain high client satisfaction levels and minimize client churn.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Foster a positive working atmosphere and encourage team collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 0-2 years of sales experience in wholesale trading, FMCG, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada ; Hindi is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Valid driving license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
