**2. Key Responsibilities**
**Client Communication & Engagement**
- Manage **WhatsApp & Instagram DMs** (reply, qualify leads, maintain communication)
- Create & manage **Google Forms** for client intake / requirements
- Post regular **Instagram Stories** (as required)
- Coordinate with **closed clients** for smooth onboarding & follow-up
**Operations & Coordination**
- Connect clients with the right **execution teams / vendors**:
- Search, shortlist & onboard vendors/agencies for outsourced services
- Hire freelancers/partners for specific tasks (digital marketing, export consultations, business development, lead generation, etc.)
- Ensure **timely delivery** of services to clients
**Admin & Business Support**
- Maintain client & vendor records
- Track tasks & deadlines using project management tools
- Support in **product/service development** with research & execution support
- Handle general **admin work** (documentation, scheduling, coordination with team)
**3. Desired Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate (any discipline) - business/commerce background preferred
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal, Hindi/English)
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
- Ability to research vendors, negotiate, and coordinate execution teams
- Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking
- Eagerness to learn about **sales, marketing, and export business operations**
**4. Growth & Benefits**
- Hands-on training for 2 months (₹15,000 stipend)
- Salary hike after training: ₹25,000-₹35,000/month

**Job Position**: Client Success & Operations Executive
**Salary**: ₹15,000 (training) → ₹25,000-₹35,000 (post training)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
