**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Manage and optimize customer databases to improve outreach.
- Work on social media engagement and lead generation strategies.
- Track sales performance and generate reports for management.
- Collaborate with different teams to enhance branding and customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
