**Job Title**: Telemarketing Executive

**Location**:First Floor, 20-21M, Railway Rd, Fruit Garden, New Industrial Township, Faridabad, Haryana 121001
**Salary**: ₹5000-8000 per month (Based on skills and experience) + Incentives

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain product/service features and benefits to potential clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales through calls.
- Follow up with interested customers to ensure conversions.
- Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales or lead generation targets.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to improve strategies.
- Stay updated with company offerings and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a good team player.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Multilingual skills (a plus).
