**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns effectively.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.
- Knowledge of digital sales tools and platforms.
