telesales representative, also known as a telemarketer or call center representative, is responsible for generating sales over the phone. Their responsibilities include: Making contact: Reaching out to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services Closing sales: Using scripts to ask questions, understand customer needs, and close sales Maintaining customer records: Keeping a database of customer information, including names, phone numbers, and addresses Handling customer queries: Answering questions about products or the company, and liaising with other departments as needed Meeting sales quotas: Going the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales Following up: Following up on calls as needed, and keeping customers updated on new offers Handling grievances: Handling grievances to preserve the company's reputation Researching: Researching products and services, and being aware of the latest industry trends Handling rejection: Handling rejection and objections

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
