
Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executive to contribute to our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and closing deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
2) Respond to inbound customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
3) Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.
4) Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
5) Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
6) Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
7) Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
8) Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
1) Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role.
2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
4) Confident, energetic, and self-motivated.
5) Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
6) High school diploma; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing are a plus.
We are looking for a candidate with experience of atleast 1 year in tele sales
Education & Experience:
1) High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
2) Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
3) Minimum 1 Years of Experience in Telesales is required.
Salary: per month Depending on Experience and Skillset.
