**Stipend/Salary**:₹5000-8000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up and managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.

Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad performance.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.

Assist in A/B testing ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to improve engagement.

Optimize ad budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.

Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising.

Support the marketing team in developing creative ad copy and visuals.

Generate performance reports and insights for campaign improvements.

**Requirements**:
Basic knowledge of paid advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data.

Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Advertising, or a related field.

Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEMrush (preferred but not mandatory).
