**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience behavior to enhance content strategy.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interactions.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing posts, videos, and stories.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance.
- Assist in influencer marketing, collaborations, and paid ad campaigns.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and digital trends.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing software (preferred).
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and creative mindset with attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in social media marketing or content creation is a plus but not mandatory.
