**Overview**:
The Social Media Intern will support the social media team in executing various strategies to enhance the company's online presence. This role involves content creation, community engagement, data analysis, and understanding the latest social media trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Assist in the creation of graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Write compelling and error-free copy for posts, ads, and captions.
- **Community Management**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers and build a strong online community.
- Identify and foster relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Track and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide recommendations based on insights to improve future campaigns.
- **Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights.
- Propose new ideas for social media content and campaigns.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain content calendars and schedule posts.
- Assist with the coordination of photo and video shoots.
- Support the social media team with various administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with video editing software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
