**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Social Media Marketing Intern** to support our digital marketing efforts. The intern will assist in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our online presence. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Research and implement social media trends and best practices.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor brand mentions.
- Help in running paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Conduct competitor analysis and track social media performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visual and written content.
- Brainstorm innovative content ideas, including reels, videos, and interactive posts.
- Track and report key performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and conversion rates.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing software is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced digital environment.
