**Stipend/Salary**: ₹5000-8000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining the company website.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and responsiveness.
- Work on website SEO, ensuring proper indexing and ranking improvements.
- Fix bugs, update content, and ensure website security.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve landing pages for better conversions.
- Implement UI/UX improvements to enhance the user experience.
- Work with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom-built websites.
- Conduct regular website audits and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or other CMS).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of website design principles and user experience (UX).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Prior experience with website building, maintenance, or development is a plus.
