Job Description - Administrative Assistant

Location: Amritsar (Work from Office)

As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Amritsar.
Key Responsibilities : General AdministrationHR Administrative SupportVendor & Facility Management
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts Coordinate with facility service providers and ensure timely service delivery Oversee invoices, approvals, and coordination with the finance team.
CRM & Tools Management
- Maintain and update contact records in HubSpot CRM Ensure contact segmentation and tagging is accurate and up to date Support internal communication via HubSpot workflows Preferred: Experience using Zoho People for HR management and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field 1-3 years of experience in office administration and HR functions Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (mandatory) and Zoho People (preferred) Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently with high attention to detail Trustworthy, reliable, and a team player
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
