**Job Title**: Immigration Assistant & Office Administrator

**Location**: Mohali Phase 8 B, India (Need to work for Canada-based Company)

**Job Type**: Full-Time || Night Shift (PST Schedule)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities - Immigration Assistance**
- Help prepare and submit **Canadian immigration forms** (Work Permits, PR, LMIA, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients on immigration requirements
- Stay informed on basic immigration procedures and timelines

**Office Administration**
- Manage scheduling, document handling, and internal coordination
- Maintain accurate records and assist in digital file management
- Support communication across departments and with external contacts

**Government Grants & Operations**
- Maintain organized records of grant submissions and payment updates

**Required**
- Minimum **6 months of experience** in immigration or admin roles
- Familiarity with the **Canadian immigration process** (preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn

Pay: ₹10,065.78 - ₹25,609.56 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
