**Job Title: Tele Caller**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our immigration services.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding oneway visas and immigration processes.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up on prospects to convert inquiries into clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on immigration policies and regulations to provide clients with current information.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele-calling or sales, preferably in the immigration or consultancy sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Punjabi and local languages.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
- A positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach.
