Job location : Jalandhar, Punjab
Experience required : 1-4 years of experience as an administrative assistant or relevant administrative role, strong organizational and time management abilities & ability to work independently.
CTC : 15k-25k p.m.
Notice period : Immediate joiners to 15 days
Job description:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.
- Perform data entry and update databases as required.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
