**Job Summary**
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing documentation, submissions, and compliance activities related to the ECO4 scheme. You’ll be the key point of contact for handling paperwork, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining records that align with government and internal standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage documentation and submissions for ECO4 compliance
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and installer records
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and auditors to resolve documentation issues
- Maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets
- Monitor scheme updates and ensure ongoing compliance with current regulations
- Provide general administrative support as required
**Requirements**:
**Essential**:
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially **Excel**:
- Comfortable using design or document tools such as **Photoshop**:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- **Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification**
**Desirable**:
- Previous experience with ECO schemes (especially ECO4)
- Knowledge of compliance and submissions processes
- Qualifications in business administration, compliance, or a related field
