We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Immigration Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Immigration Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support within our immigration office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar for immigration consultants.
- Assist clients with basic inquiries about immigration services, procedures, and document requirements.
- Collect and organize client documents and information for immigration consultants.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office spaces.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
- Uphold confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive client information.
- Provide administrative support to immigration consultants and other team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with immigration procedures and terminology is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
