- Minimum 5 years experience in Office Administration
- Responsible for the daily book-keeping of both Employment Services
- Daily attendance of the employees in the software
- Daily scheduling of the employees to send to different clients
- Talking to employees to get all their ID's like driving license, passport copy, health card etc.
- Giving online training to the employees like GMP etc.
- Tracking to the drivers through the GPS tracking
- Responsible to track the utilities expenses which may require making the calls

**Skill(s) required** MS-PowerPoint, MS-word, MS-excel, English Proficiency (Spoken/written), Google maps, Online meetings (skype/team viewer ) ,

Work Remotely 100%

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift

- Yearly bonus
