Administration Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in marketing activities by managing weekly catalogs, maintaining coordination with vendors, and communicating with the performance marketing team.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CGO, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and other operational tasks.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- Possess strong technological skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Be open and willing to perform various types of tasks as needed to support the team and company objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and responsibilities.
