
Telesales Representative

A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through telephone communication, focusing on persuading customers to purchase products or services. They may work with existing customers to upsell or cross-sell, or with potential customers to initiate sales. Their primary goal is to increase revenue and contribute to the company's overall sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- **Generating Leads and Identifying Potential Customers**:Identifying and contacting potential customers through various methods, including cold calling.
- **Making Sales**:Persuasively selling products or services over the phone, closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- **Building and Maintaining Relationships**:Developing and nurturing relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and gather customer feedback.
- **Providing Excellent Customer Service**:Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- **Product Knowledge and Understanding**:Keeping up-to-date on the company's products, services, and industry trends.
- **Managing Client Accounts**:Reminding clients to renew orders, informing them of deals, and handling related inquiries.
- **Collaborating with Sales Teams**:Working with other sales team members to achieve overall sales goals.
- **Reporting**:Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Telesales Manager.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,626.67 - ₹30,384.43 per month
