Advises prospective customers by **auto dialling out bound sales calls** (cold calling on secondary data via diallers) on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies

Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information

Documents transactions by completing forms, disposition and record logs

Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data

Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes

Maintains quality service by following organization standards

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

**Excellent knowledge of English Compulsory (fluent English speaking)**

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

**Responsibilities**

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts

Answer questions about products or the company

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

Enter and update customer information in the database

Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as telesales representative - Min 3 years in out bound calling

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target over the phone

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
