
Telesales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Telesales Representative** to join our dynamic sales team. The telesales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and close sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound/Inbound Calls**:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to introduce products or services.
- Handle inbound inquiries from customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- **Sales Generation**:
- Identify customer needs and pitch products/services tailored to their interests.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas within the specified timeframe.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on product/service offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Address customer questions and concerns with detailed, accurate information.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, sales, and prospects in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- **Problem-Solving**:
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by coordinating with internal teams as needed.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or managers for resolution.
- **Compliance**:
- Adhere to company policies and sales guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or related roles preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport over the phone.
- **Sales Acumen**: Persuasive, confident, and resilient with a proven ability to close sales.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using CRM systems, telecommunication tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Active listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
