Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Specialist to conduct both online and onsite training sessions for our automotive dealership clients. The Training Specialist will educate sales advisors, service advisors, and technicians on how to effectively use our personalized video messaging app. The role involves a combination of virtual training, onsite visits, performance monitoring, and active follow-up with dealership staff and regional management to ensure the successful adoption and usage of our app.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions (online and onsite) for sales advisors, service advisors, and technicians on using our personalized video messaging app.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources to support learning.
- Review dealership staff's video activities and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor and track the performance of dealership staff in using the app.
- Facilitate communication and follow-ups through WhatsApp groups to ensure continuous engagement and improvement.
- Liaise with regional management to promote active participation and resolve any issues related to the app usage.
- Prepare regular reports on training outcomes, dealership performance, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in conducting training sessions, both online and onsite, preferably in the automotive or technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of automotive dealership operations and roles (sales advisors, service advisors, and technicians).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training purposes.
- Ability to travel to dealership locations as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education, business, automotive technology, or a related field.
- Experience working with CRM systems and automotive software solutions.
- Certification in training or a related field.
