Job Summary

As a Service Advisor at Maijo Moto Maruti Suzuki, you will act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. You will be responsible for understanding customer service needs, coordinating vehicle servicing, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely updates, quality service, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and ascertain their service requirements in a professional and courteous manner.

Understand vehicle issues by interviewing customers and performing preliminary inspections.

Provide detailed information regarding service options, costs, and estimated timelines.

Prepare accurate service orders, record customer concerns, and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs.

Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.

Regularly update customers on the status of their vehicles and promptly inform them of any changes.

Ensure delivery of serviced vehicles to customers in clean and proper working condition.

Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Promote service packages, accessories, and other offerings as per company guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of service transactions and reports.

Adhere to Maruti Suzuki and Maijo Moto standards, policies, and safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in service advisory, automotive service, or customer relations will be an advantage.

Strong communication skills.

Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Good problem-solving ability and a basic understanding of vehicle mechanics.

Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Working Conditions

Full-time position based at Maijo Moto Maruti Suzuki service centers in Kochi.

May require occasional extended working hours based on customer demands or peak service periods.
