Location: Vytila, Kochi, Kerala

Salary Offered: Up to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

About the Company:

We are hiring for an automobile dealership/service center in Kochi, seeking candidates to join as Team Leader - Sales.

Job Summary:

The Team Leader - Sales oversees the sales team, drives sales targets, and ensures excellent customer service while fostering team performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet sales goals.
  • Train and mentor team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
  • Engage with customers to finalize sales deals.
  • Prepare sales reports and strategies to improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + incentives.

  • Full-time with rotational shifts, including weekends.
