We are looking for a result driven Team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the company's objective and increase business.

To excel in the position of team leader, you should have a track record of team motivation and positive sales results. He/She should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with customers, be goal driven, and manage the day to day activities of the team efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day to day activities of the team and in charge of handling evening meetings.
  • Motivating the team to achieve company's goal.
  • Conducting training to the team members to maximize their potential.
  • Monitoring the leads assigned to the respective team members in regards to their follow ups and conversation rates.
  • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires a team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, client service and team management.
  • Bachelor / Masters degree is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a group of team members.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹325,000.00 per year
