Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in the two-wheeler automobile industry, excellent leadership qualities, and strong customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Guide and train sales executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to increase showroom footfall and conversions.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure a smooth buying experience.
  • Coordinate with management for stock availability, promotional offers, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure compliance with showroom policies, pricing, and brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales; 1+ year in a team lead/supervisory role preferred.
