As a Marketing Executive at our esteemed dealership, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our brand, attracting customers, and driving sales. You will be responsible for devising and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate the value proposition of our dealership and the vehicles we offer.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Develop Marketing Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the sales team and dealership management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Advertising and Promotion**:

- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels coordinating with vendors.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies and media partners to maximize reach and impact.

**Event Management**:

- Organize promotional events, product launches, test drive campaigns, and dealership open houses.
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Evaluate the success of events through attendee feedback and performance metrics.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials and sales collateral.
- Implement customer retention strategies, such as loyalty programs, referral incentives, and personalized communications.
- Monitor customer feedback and online reviews to address concerns and maintain a positive brand image.

**Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
- Track expenses, invoices, and ROI for marketing initiatives and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the automotive industry for minimum of **2 years**.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with automotive trends, technologies, and customer preferences is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
