**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote technology products, including digital, print, and event-based campaigns.
- **Market Research**: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms, creating content and engaging with followers.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- **Collaboration with Sales**: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support lead conversion efforts.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing and promoting industry events, webinars, and product launches to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- **Product Positioning**: Ensure accurate and effective product positioning, messaging, and communication in all marketing materials.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on technology products preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing strategies is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
