Receptionist/ Back-office Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain records and data in an organized and efficient manner
- Process paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, copying
- Assist with the preparation of reports, and other documents
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide support to other team members as needed
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream or related field
- Proven experience in a similar backoffice role at least 6 month
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Sincere, Ethical, Trustworty, Punctual, calm and composed (mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Local Language)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
