Receptionist and Back Office Responsibilities
Basic Responsibilities:
Greet, welcome, and direct all visitors and clients appropriately.
Maintain and log complaints for telecommunication systems; address basic issues or forward them to the concerned staff.
Respond to inquiries or refer them to the appropriate departments.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and compliant with office procedures.
Handle all incoming and outgoing packages and courier deliveries, ensuring registration in the individual company register book.
Relay important information to the relevant staff or departments efficiently.
Provide accurate information and assistance to clients or visitors.
Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and scanners.
Print and scan bills and office documents as per the instructions of senior staff.
Register company-wise tax invoices, challans, and proforma invoices in the bill register book.
Trace and track consignment notes and report updates to the concerned staff or department.
Back Office Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining records, files, and documentation for various departments.
Support data entry, record updates, and database management for daily operations.
Assist in preparing basic reports, summaries, or statements as required by management.
Support the accounts and sales team in collecting and organizing bills, vouchers, and related paperwork.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
