**Role Overview**:The receptionist plays a vital role in the travel agency's daily operations, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role involves both front office responsibilities, such as customer interactions and inquiries, as well as back office tasks like administrative support and data management. The receptionist contributes to creating a positive and efficient experience for clients and supports the agency's smooth functioning.

**Front Office Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and Welcoming: Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.

**Back Office Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, data entry, and maintaining client databases.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of available travel packages
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with travel consultants, managers, and other staff members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software.
- Customer-focused attitude and a pleasant demeanor.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.
- Prior experience in a receptionist role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
