**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct client visits for onboarding, documentation, and relationship-building.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Manage online sales platforms such as IndiaMart, Amazon, etc.
- Achieve sales targets and support overall revenue growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and update management.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 2 year of sales experience (domestic market preferred).
- Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Mandatory experience in online sales/platform management.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM and report maintenance.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
- Prior experience in the plastic industry/caps and closures will be a major plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
