**Position Overview**: We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering the best solution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics, etc.) to provide accurate information and solutions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and system updates.
- Identify and report recurring customer issues or trends to help improve service and operations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using customer support tools and systems (CRM software, help desks, etc.)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
